As ‘Customer Care’ we are a part of your organisation
Clear up to 90% of debt without damaging otherwise good relationships. Our ladies are non-aggressive and turn an otherwise awkward call into a courtesy call should “we need to update contact details, align our invoicing with ‘cheque runs’ or negotiate a payment plan if required”.
A large component of debtors can be sorted prior to them going to a debt collection agency for legal processing. We set up a customercare@ email address for your company, resend invoices if required or communicate on your behalf. All emails are copied to a nominated person in your organisation.
An important part of the process
The importance of this step of the debt collection process is keeping the loyalty of those customers who will appreciate not being embarrassed or treated like they have avoided payment.
Nine times out of ten there is a good reason.
If they have tried to avoid the payment they usually respond favourably to the way they are being handled.
A debt collection agency should only be used for debtors who are known for disputing or avoiding payment to draw out the process until legal action is required. Of course you wouldn’t want these on your books anyway!
Combine the call
Once a payment is made we thank them and ask if we can be of further help. You may however require feedback on your product or service or for us to re-qualify our debtors to make sure they are still relevant as customers.
Collection of Payment
We can collect on your behalf but usually have your debtors pay directly into your account with a remittance sent to customercare@
