    You only pay for our consultant’s time!

    Value added services at no cost:

    • Skype reporting if required – calls/communication

    Call rate includes:

    • All Australian and International landline costs
    • Mobiles are charged at 30c per minute

    Customer Service $37.50+GST per hour
    Telesales Representative / Executive Assistant $47.50+GST per hour
    Average call rate –Database qualification @ 20-25 calls per hour. Sales @ 17-20 calls per hour

    Initial Training (if applicable)

    A Skype conference call (usually one hour) is conducted between consultants, Gai  or Tony Hook,  and the client. Staff will have been thoroughly briefed on company background, product or service and campaign objective prior to the call and ready with questions.

    Email Distribution (if applicable)

    …after or during outbound calls. You have the choice of having us do this for you by way of adding an account to Windows ‘live’ or Google docs…or you may wish to send the emails yourself from our daily spreadsheet. Any scenario of an urgent nature will be brought to your attention when appropriate.

    Feedback From Your Consultant

    Our clients have the opportunity to speak directly with our consultants and also provide personal training if they wish.  As we use Skype email to communicate in real time whilst our ladies are speaking with prospects, any issues that arise can immediately be addressed by myself, Tony or the client.

    Scheduling

    Regular clients are booked a month in advance so we are always aware of current availabilities for new clients but this can change by the hour. We must know the hours you require for the following week by 12pm, your local time, each Friday. If you wish to cancel hours for the following week the same deadline applies otherwise you will incur the cost of the original hours requested. This ensures we are able to schedule our team in advance and maintain our service level for all clients.

    Payment Options

    If payment is made in advance of calls then our Telesales rate of $47.50 per hour is reduced to $37.50 per hour Alternatively, our ladies are paid weekly, therefore we invoice weekly with 7 day terms unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer or Company Cheque.
